What is the turnaround time on orders?
It’ll take about 3-5 business days for US orders and around 7–15 business days for international orders. If you need it, please contact us via email support@everfolk.co.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal and Credit cards, the well-known, trusted and secure ways to make payments over the Internet.

Can I return my order?
Our personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy or contact our customer service for return.

What if I received a defective product?
We happily exchange all items that are defective due to a manufacturing error with another non-defective product or a full refund. All defective products must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
